(Monday)ne

Right now I have a love/hate romance with tissues. We spent the weekend together on the couch watching movies, and drinking hot lemon drinks that made my face crinkle up. Turns out the look doesn't fit so well with the dry, red nose they gave me. Today turned out to be Monday and so I had to go into work with dry red nose, and eyes, and a lack of energy that refashioned even the simple act of standing into an exhausting struggle against gravity. Who catches a cold in the middle of summer? Maybe I'm run down; too much coffee and not enough sleep?

As you can probably tell my mind is still not quite about me so I will attempt to keep this from becoming too digressive apart from to say that being a massive closet Survivor fanboy, I was firmly irked to find out today that after years of wishing we could get the series on DVD, it has been out in the U.S. for well, years. Hmf. Region 1 or not, I may have to order.
